 premium issue [SOLVED]

I submitted this as a ticket but I read that posting here tends to get things sorted quicker.

I tried to reinstate premium for my forum today (here) but it’s not changed over?

Could someone have a look and make sure everything has gone through? When I did it the first time it was instant so just a bit worried. The charge is listed on the payment history of the premium page on the Admin CP and it’s pending on my bank account so it’s gone through somewhere.

You should have premium now; sorry. Paypal didn't send back the info that the payment had actually cleared so the update was not completed. This can happen sometimes (rarely); if it ever does please notify us and we'll rectify it asap.

This is actually not true. With premium you get priority ticket queue support. Design related questions tend to get sorted quicker here in the community forums since you get to tap the knowledge of the members here, but customer service issues will always be solved equally fast in ticket vs here. If you don't receive a reply to a ticket issue within 24 hours you can also bump it
