Ability to use Webpages in HTML Templates
#
I'm trying to add extra quick links next to the list of subforums and wanted to do so using webpages but it doesn't seem those work within the HTML templates. Is this an easy thing to implement? If it is, could it be done? If not, what are some workarounds?

Thank you! http://files.b1.jcink.com/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif

I have to be honest: Due to the design/architecture of these two systems internally, this will probably never happen (unfortunately).

Some workarounds include setting javascript variables with html template keys in the wrappers and then referencing them in the templates.

Thank you John !

Alternatively, is there a way to make the subforum list a variable we can use in the forum description itself? I'm not sure how everything is programmed on your end so that might also be impossible but I thought it couldn't hurt to ask.

Variables aren't parsed until after the data is built, so I don't see a way of making the subforum list variable usable in the forum description box itself. I would replace the entire forum row template if you need to do that and then insert the variable there where you want it to be. We provide all of the templates except the main profile one here, here is the forum row template:
