 @User Tagging [COMPLETED]
#
Tagging works when the alert system is enabled. It does not need anything to be enabled.

The alert system can be disabled/enabled with the yes/no option in ACP.

Hi, my apologies if this has already been brought up, but I looked back through the thread and didn't see anything.

Does the system have a problem with people who have punctuation in their names? I just tried to tag multiplicity! in a post and I tried it every way I thought would work [so I used "" and '' and [] and without anything] and none of them seemed to work?

I really love the idea of this but for some reason it's not working for me! I've enabled it all and checked the member groups to make sure they are allowed to tag and everything.

I've tried tagging Buffy Anne Summers several ways

@Buffy Anne Summers

@Buffy_Anne_Summers

@[Buffy Anne Summers]

@]"Buffy Anne Summers"}

I've even tried it all caps, all lower case and it just doesn't seem to work what am I not getting?

It looks like it got tagged to me.

@[Buffy Anne Summers] is correct, and I see it has been replaced with a link to their account. It's the user-tagged link as well.

You are saying that they are not getting the tag, then?
