Support Rules and Guidelines
Before you post your support topic, please remember to:
  • Read the support forum rules.
  • Check the wiki and use search to see if your problem can be answered there first.
  • Link your board please, and make sure that the problem on your board is visible to guests or provide a test account.
  • Do not post Board Wrappers and CSS unless requested. With a board link, this is not necessary.
  • Be as descriptive as you can and use as many details as possible when describing your problem.
  • Please briefly mark any links to forums that may not be work-safe.
This will help ensure your support issue will be attended to in a quick and efficient manner.

subforum html template makes 2nd level forums vanish [SOLVED]
So, after much struggle, I managed to convert my two board skins over to the HTML templates. However, I'm noticing an issue.

On my main landing page, I have a number of forums. I went ahead and removed the default forum header row, since my boards have a custom layout that makes it unnecessary.

When I went to do the same thing in the subforum headers HTML template of the two skins, it worked on only one of them.

On the other skin, when I click into the forum to view the subforums, not only is the header row gone, but so is the first of the subforums. It's still visible from the main page, but not when I click into the parent forum. Images are below.

This seems to happen regardless of the number of subforums the parent forum has.

UN: Test Account
PW: sundoctrog

The code I am using is:

<div class="tableborder" id="subforum-list">

Landing Page:
user posted image

Without HTML:
user posted image

With HTML:
user posted image
FYI, this issue seems to have resolved itself; I tried the conversion again today and everything is fine.
