 Slow Network Speed [ Resolved ]

We are currently having an issue with slow network speeds. I've contacted our provider and we're trying to figure out the cause of the problem.

Note that this is unrelated to the DNS issues earlier this week.

This morning and all of last night the network speeds appear to have been normal - here is the pingdom graph (you can see the large hump where the slowness began, and the decline back down to what it should be).
