Hi There,

I've been paying for my premium subscription for 18 months, and the payment has not gone through this month despite me updating card information (accurately) on Paypal. I can't figure out how to "renew" as there is no renew button anywhere that I can see (either on Paypal OR Jcink Admin CP). What do I do?

Obviously, it is Christmas but my board is now offline and members are freaking out. I would like to make sure this is resolved ASAP.

As a note, I've also manually sent payment of $10 to John.
