I would like to congratulate Gunblaza on becoming the first member of the JFB Support Team. He has been with us for years and has been through almost all the ups and downs we've encountered. Gunblaza has worked hard and learned a lot since his days as a forum reviewer on our old resource/support board the Resource Empire and has expanded his range enough to be one of JFB's most knowledgable and contributing users.
It's an honour to have you join the mod team here, Don't let me down!
Also a shoutout to JFB for hitting the 25,000 board mark!

We are pleased to announce the changes made to the JFB service home page earlier today. The new improvements include a wiki search bar to make searching for support FAQ's quicker and easier, new convenience navigation links below the search bar, and slight image changes to give the site a little "kick of slick", for lack of better words.
We hope you enjoy and take advantage of the convenience updates, and are fond of the slightly updated styling.Link: http://ipbservice.jcink.com
Also on a side note, a short while ago JFB hit 20,000 boards registered. We would like to thank all our users for helping us reach this goal.Regards,

As most of us know, the importer has been a useful but untouched feature for quite some time. Thanks to Gunblaza we hope to change this, making it not only a useful feature, but a feature with a wide variety of more constantly updated high quality skins for all JFB users to use.
Thanks to Gunblaza for taking on the importer challenge, and also welcome to the JFB team (again).

I think maybe some simple guidelines should be put in effect for members requesting in the GFX dome. Currently only a handful of requests have been completed due to lac of information on the topic starters side.
Something simple like:
|Text on image:|
Size (in pixels):
Details to avoid:

I was having a look around this service, I am very impressed, I'm sorry to see I have just heard of jnick.com now; however, I have came across an annoying error.
The Reduce option for the left menu in the ACP isn't working. When I click it, it shows the forum scrunched up in that little space reserved for the menu.
I'm currently on vacation, so I'm not on my comp, meaning I can't gather any more information for you. All I can tell you is that I'm using Internet Explorer, not sure what version it is, but I know it is not 7, I'm leaning toward 6 or 5. (This computer has windows 2000, so probably 6)
EDIT: I see the other topic adressing this issue, but it says solved, as where it is still in effect.
