Here is a working copy of the skin in question.

It has a great hover banner that uses pop boxes for info, and I've included links in a couple of them, such as the "Info" section. Unfortunately, clicking one of them just closes the pop window and doesn't navigate to the desired page. I've tried a couple different forms of the url as well as including the tag to make it open in a new tab, but nothing's worked. I can't find anything in the coding that would determine how links are affected, so I'm at a loss.

Thanks in advance for any help or info you can provide!

I'm interested in a specific JCINK url, but it's currently taken. The board is not offline, but both the forum and the attached cbox haven't been active in the last two years. It seems like I saw a post awhile ago dealing with this issue, and I thought there was a way to request that the url be looked into and/or added to the list for the next batch to be recycled, but I couldn't find it via Search. Is this possible, or am I remembering it wrong? Is there a better place to post this?

The url I'm interested in is

For some reason, when I try to install our shoutbox here, it ends up looking like this. The new skin is not yet active, so I've provided a screen shot for reference. I've tried this skin on three separate sites (both with the old and new shoutbox control panel), and neither of the others are having any issues. I've checked the target site's options against the other two to make sure everything's enabled like it should be (both in the Mod Enabler, and in the Shoutbox Control Panel), and no luck. Everything seems to be enabled, and I even DISabled and re-enabled everything to make sure something wasn't screwy somewhere.

Any ideas???

This is the site in question.

When registering, the blue pane stretches off the forum background. Judging by the widths of the fields present during registration, I'm not sure that can be avoided entirely, but I think there's more padding there than there needs to be, so I think there's room for a lot of improvement.

Could someone point me in the right direction as to modifying the width and padding of those columns, or let me know if there's something else that can be done?

Hey, I'm running into a strange anomaly with the ban system.

I entered the user's IP and email addresses into the respective ban fields last night, but when I logged in this morning, it said the user was currently logged onto the board. I went to the ACP to see if they'd logged on from a different IP address, but they were using the same one I'd banned already (which I double checked to make sure I'd entered correctly).

Now, I hadn't deleted their account yet, but it was my understanding that if someone tried to access the site *at all* from a banned IP address, they would get a blank forum and whatever message is displayed to banned members. I didn't think that it only applied when an account was created, either from the banned IP address or using a banned email account, so I'm wondering if this was a weird hiccup or if I'm misunderstanding how the ban system works.

I've currently banned the user name as well and will be deleting the account, but I wanted to make sure I understood what was going on before I did that. Does the account have to be deleted or the username banned for it to work completely? Or if they have auto-login enabled does is register a few seconds before the ban settings do, making the user appear to be logged in while not actually having access to the board?

Luckily, this member isn't an active threat to the board or our player base, but I want to make sure no one slips through the cracks somehow if the situation were serious.

Thank you in advance for any help or clarification in this matter.
